Payment Details

• Reserve = 3000 €

• 30 days after reserve = 25 % + 7% IVA (tax)

• Begin of the building work = 25 % + 7% IVA (tax)

• ith receiving of the keys = 50 % + corresponding IVA (tax)

The company will overhand a bank guaranty to the clients for the done payments ones the clients have paid the 50% of the sales price.
The finishing date of the houses will be 14 months after the start of the building work of each house.
